Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic leader to run Partner Operations across Europe, owning partner relationships and end‑to‑end delivery. You will lead large operations teams through senior leaders, accountable for performance, capacity and quality.

This is a delivery‑focused role, owning partner experience end‑to‑end, from performance to escalations, with a strong emphasis on automation, governance, and data‑driven decision making. The role requires working from a U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of people leadership, including managers or senior team members.
• Proven experience managing partner, client or third‑party relationships.
• Experience leading operational teams with SLA, quality and volume accountability.
• Track record delivering strategic targets with automation bias.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills for senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills using data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of Partner Operations across Europe and the delivery teams.
• Set direction and roadmap aligned with Operations strategy and business needs.
• Hold accountability for SLAs, metrics and partner/merchant experience.
• Own partner governance, reviews, action plans and follow‑through.
• Act as escalation point for major partner issues and root cause fixes.
• Drive capacity planning, forecasting and workload allocation.
• Lead daily performance management with clear targets and reporting.
• Champion automation to simplify processes and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology on releases and launches.
• Maintain robust risk controls and audit‑ready procedures.
• Present updates to senior leaders with data‑driven insights.
• Develop managers and build an inclusive, high‑performing team.
