Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a Fund Services Europe Product Manager in Kraków to lead the strategic vision, management and development of the FS product offering in Europe, reporting to the Global Head of FS Product. You will own the service model, roadmap and profitability while collaborating with Systems, Service Delivery, Marketing and Counsel.

You will leverage asset servicing expertise, define market requirements, develop a target client base, and ensure alignment with BBH's goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Industry experience in fund administration, ideally fund services.
• Strong familiarity with asset management front and middle office processes and technology.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis for strategic planning.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to learn and adapt to multiple IT and information systems.
• Ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear, strategic vision for the product.
• Build the roadmap for execution with key stakeholders.
• Ensure long-term profitability of the product.
• Incorporate European requirements and market practices in the global offering.
• Support Service Delivery to be more efficient, controlled and automated.
