Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Business Financial Analyst – Europe to support FP&A, reporting, and business analysis across multiple European countries. This role collaborates with regional partners to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights.

The position develops strong FP&A and analytical skills in a multinational, fast-paced environment with ongoing improvement initiatives and reporting automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in a multinational organization preferred.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or business analysis is an advantage.
• Internship or graduate experience in corporate finance may be considered.
• Excellent English skills; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and long-range financial plans for Europe.
• Assist monthly close with reports, reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Monitor performance against budget/forecast and highlight key drivers.
