Zusammenfassung

DoGo Power is seeking a regional sales leader to drive end-to-end sales operations across European markets for energy storage and microgrid initiatives. You will build and manage a multicultural European sales team, align strategies with EU policies, and secure key client partnerships with EPCs and utilities.

You will lead negotiations, guide bids, and report progress to headquarters. Long-term residency in Europe is preferred, with a proven track record in cross-border sales.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, New Energy or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in utility-scale energy storage or microgrid projects in Europe.
• Minimum 2 years cross-cultural sales team management within Europe.

Aufgaben

• Achieve annual sales order and revenue targets for energy storage & microgrid projects within assigned European regional scope.
• Build local European sales team from scratch, including recruitment, induction training and daily team management.
• Formulate regional sales strategies aligned with EU energy policies and KPIs.
• Lead the team to develop European end clients, EPC contractors, utility groups and strategic energy customers, with on-site sales negotiation and bidding as needed.
• Collaborate with regional channel managers to develop distributor, system integrator and partner networks across Europe.
• Submit regular reports including sales forecast, quarterly performance, policy updates and market dynamics to HQ.
