LevelBlue, LLC. seeks a Senior or Principal Security Detection & Response Analyst and EU SOC Team Lead to join our Global Security Operations. The role is based in Poland, with rotating shifts and 24/7 coverage, requiring strong English and either French or German languages.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate EU SOC activity, and lead complex investigations. You will investigate threats, perform incident response, and interact with customers to safeguard environments while aligning with global

• Significant experience in a SOC, MDR, IR or similar security role.
• Hands-on security investigation and incident-response skills.
• Ability to balance technical workload with team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Security analysis and incident response across MDR/MXDR environments.
• Act as a technical escalation point for Tier 1/2 analysts.
• Lead threat hunting and participate in investigations with customers.
• Coordinate day-to-day EU SOC activity and workload with leadership.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and communicate investigation results.
• Mentor EU SOC analysts and provide technical guidance.
