Job summary

BeOne is seeking a SOC Senior Analyst to join its Information Security Operations. You will lead analysis of SIEM alerts, coordinate incident response, and collaborate with IT and security teams to strengthen defenses.

This hybrid role requires office presence three times per week, 2pm–10pm shifts in Poland, and a salary range of 259,100 to 323,900 PLN. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a SOC or security role with incident response and threat analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, and modern threat actor techniques.
• Experience with logs, network traffic analysis, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and related controls.
• Certification such as GCIH, GCFA, or CySA+ is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis of SIEM alerts, endpoint telemetry, network traffic, and threat intel.
• Identify patterns and emerging threats requiring deeper investigation.
• Develop and tune detection rules, correlation logic, and thresholds to reduce false positives.
• Oversee SOC tools configurations and health (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, SOAR, firewalls).
• Help evaluate security technologies and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripting or SOAR platforms.
• Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and security control evaluations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and act as escalation point for incidents.
