Job summary

Xebia is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our EU-based delivery teams in Poland. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow, with focus on reliability and quality.

Fluency in Italian is a must, and you will collaborate across agile teams, perform testing, contribute to CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps, and support deployments using Platform Events and Bulk API. EU work permit and location in EU are required.

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Fluent Italian is a must.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC, Aura.

Responsibilities

contributing to refinement sessions, providing technical input and supporting effort estimation
contributing to solution design and technical decision-making
developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC and Aura
working with Platform Events and Bulk API
performing unit and integration testing and maintaining at least 80% code coverage
preparing required quality and release gate evidence
maintaining technical documentation
supporting CAB submissions and the release process
providing release and deployment support
investigating and resolving defects identified during UAT and hypercare
working closely with Agile team to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
