Job summary

Trina Solar is seeking a Project Manager to join our EU Utility Storage Project Management Team in Poland, Romania and/or Lithuania. You will oversee project and commissioning works of energy storage projects across Europe, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.

The role requires an engineering background, strong communication, travel readiness, and fluency in English and Polish. You will develop testing protocols, manage contracts and drive projects to handover to O&M,

Qualifications

Engineering degree or qualifications required.
Experience in managing project and commissioning work for solar PV or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site supervision.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Europe.
Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

Manage project and commissioning works of energy storage projects across Europe with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
Develop and execute commissioning plans.
Negotiate contracts with customers regarding the project delivery.
Lead project handover to O&M after delivery.
Ensure compliance with H&S policies and regulations.
Produce project progress reports and risk matrices.
Travel as required to support projects in Europe.
