Job summary

Xebia is a global AI-first, digital transformation, and engineering partner. We are seeking a BI Reporting Analyst to analyze and optimize dashboards, with strong Tableau expertise and SQL skills.

You will collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions, aligned with modern data platforms. In this EU-focused role, you will work within Agile delivery teams to drive reporting transformation across migrations and new data

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau and data visualization best practices.
• Ability to analyze business logic embedded in reporting solutions.
• Experience with calculated fields, filters, and custom SQL.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and analytical data structures.
• Ability to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Identify and document business logic embedded in reports.
• Review calculated fields, filters, and report dependencies.
• Investigate report usage and opportunities to consolidate dashboards.
• Collaborate with data modelers on target-state Gold-layer designs.
• Repoint/rebuild reports following data platform migrations.
• Work within domain-focused delivery pods.
• Support stakeholders during reporting transformation activities.
• Ensure reporting solutions align with new data products and business requirements.
