Xebia is hiring a BI reporting specialist to analyze and optimize dashboards and reporting assets across our data platforms. You will review business logic, calculated fields, filters, and SQL, while collaborating with data engineers and analytics engineers in cross-functional Agile teams.

Ideal candidates have strong Tableau expertise, data modeling knowledge, and excellent communication to drive reporting transformations aligned with new data products and business requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau.
• Ability to analyze business logic in reporting solutions.
• Experience with calculated fields, filters, and custom SQL.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and analytical data structures.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in cross-functional Agile delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing existing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Identifying and documenting business logic embedded in reports.
• Reviewing calculated fields, filters, custom SQL, and report dependencies.
• Investigating report usage and identifying opportunities to consolidate dashboards.
• Collaborating with data modelers on target-state Gold-layer designs.
• Repointing, re-engineering, or rebuilding reports following data platform migration.
• Working within domain-focused delivery pods.
• Supporting business stakeholders throughout reporting transformation activities.
• Ensuring reporting solutions align with new data products and business requirements.
• Participating in sign-off and transition activities for migrated reporting assets.
