Job summary

Xebia Group is hiring a BI Reporting Specialist to optimize dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions across European client projects. You will analyze business logic, review calculated fields, filters, and custom SQL, and collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to align reporting with new data products and requirements.

The role requires Tableau expertise, data modeling knowledge, and strong communication within cross-functional Agile teams.

You will be:

Your profile:

• You have experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
• You have strong knowledge of Tableau.
• You can analyze business logic embedded in reporting solutions.
• You have experience working with calculated fields, filters, and custom SQL.
• You are familiar with data modeling concepts and analytical data structures.
• You can gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• You collaborate effectively with data engineers, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are comfortable working in cross-functional Agile delivery teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise data platform modernization programs.
• Knowledge of Databricks-based analytics ecosystems.
• Experience redesigning reports after data warehouse or platform migrations.
• Exposure to regulated industries and validated environments.
• Experience identifying dashboard rationalization or consolidation opportunities.
• Familiarity with Gold-layer analytical models and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience supporting business sign-off processes.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
