Xebia Group is hiring a BI Reporting Specialist to optimize dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions across European client projects. You will analyze business logic, review calculated fields, filters, and custom SQL, and collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to align reporting with new data products and requirements.

The role requires Tableau expertise, data modeling knowledge, and strong communication within cross-functional Agile teams.

Qualificações

• Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.
• Ability to analyze business logic in reporting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau and SQL.
• Familiar with data modeling concepts and analytical data structures.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Identify and document business logic embedded in reports.
• Review calculated fields, filters, and report dependencies.
• Investigate report usage and consolidate dashboards.
• Collaborate with data modelers on target-state designs.
• Repointing, re-engineering, or rebuilding reports following data platform migration.
• Working within domain-focused delivery pods.
• Support business stakeholders throughout reporting transformation activities.
• Ensure reporting solutions align with new data products and business requirements.
• Participate in sign-off and transition activities for migrated reporting assets.
