Job summary

Frontiers is seeking a Research Integrity Specialist to join our dedicated team protecting the trustworthiness of open-access publishing. You will investigate complex cases, identify patterns, and help shape ethical publishing practices across our journals.

In this role, you will collaborate with authors, editors and institutions to resolve issues before production, gather evidence of breaches, and develop training materials to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Investigate complex cases and identify patterns.
• Ensure manuscripts pass initial quality checks before peer review.
• Collaborate with authors, editors and institutions to resolve issues before production.
• Address post-publication concerns and investigations into ethical issues.
• Gather and document evidence for ethical breaches.
• Develop training materials and provide input on ethical guidelines.
• Stay informed about ethics developments and publication standards.
• Recommend policy and system improvements.

Responsibilities
