Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group based in Poznał is seeking an ESG Controlling Trainee to join the Group ESG Controlling team within Group Controlling and Reporting. You will validate ESG data, review methodologies, and strengthen the controls behind our ESG disclosures.

Ideal candidates are in the final year of a Bachelor or beginning of a Master in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sustainability or Business, with strong Excel skills and business English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in final year or early Master in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sustainability or Business.
• Strong Excel and data skills with attention to detail.
• Business English communication and writing skills required.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage; knowledge of ESG frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate ESG data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Review ESG reporting methodologies and strengthen controls.
• Maintain documentation and governance for ESG reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and share best practices.
• Contribute to ad hoc ESG projects and process improvements.
