Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sustainability or Business.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Business-level English communication.
• Understanding of manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate ESG data across Rockwool for accuracy and completeness.
• Review ESG reporting methodologies and strengthen controls.
• Support documentation and governance processes for ESG reporting.
• Collaborate with Group ESG Controlling and external stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
• Contribute to ESG projects and process-improvement initiatives.
