ROCKWOOL International A/S in Poznań is seeking an ESG Controlling Trainee to join the Group ESG Controlling team. The role focuses on quality assurance of ESG data and strengthening controls behind ESG disclosure across sustainability statements and ratings schemes.

The candidate will review data, methods, and calculations, contribute to governance documentation, and collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders. Aims include developing expertise in ESG governance in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in progress or Master in progress (Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, Business).
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
• Attention to detail with an interest in control and data integrity.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify ESG data from ROCKWOOL to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Examine methods and calculations used in ESG reporting, identify control gaps and propose improvements.
• Support the development and maintenance of documentation, policies, and procedures for ESG reporting governance.
