Job summary

Accenture is seeking a capable Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous learning within SAP Finance & Analytics programs across global teams. You will coordinate priorities, risks, and dependencies, connect Product Owners with stakeholders, and support migration and reporting initiatives involving SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and S/4HANA Finance.

Qualifications

• Build experience in Agile delivery for international SAP Finance & Analytics transformation programs.
• Develop SAP domain knowledge while collaborating with Product Owners, finance stakeholders, technical specialists, and globally distributed delivery teams.
• Strengthen coaching and facilitation skills by supporting delivery improvement, migration planning, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Experience introducing lightweight delivery metrics, feedback loops, or standardised Agile practices.
• Very good command of both Polish and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment.
• Bonus points if you have a Scrum Master or other relevant Agile certification.
• Understanding of SAP integration concepts, including IDOC‑based interfaces.
