Job summary

Accenture in Warsaw seeks an ERP-focused consultant with 2+ years of ERP implementation experience (SAP/S4) or 3+ years as end user in Aerospace & Defense ERP solutions. You will work with multinational teams on requirements discovery, process design, testing and project management.

You will join a multidisciplinary environment in Europe’s Intelligent Consulting Hub, collaborating with clients to transform requirements into harmonized, data-driven solutions and drive business value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ERP systems implementation (SAP/S4) including roadmap development, process design, testing, project management, data management.
• Alternatively at least 3 years’ experience as end user in ERP in Aerospace & Defense Industry specific ERP solutions.
• Business process knowledge in at least one end-to-end process: P2P, O2C, PM, F2F, OTF.
• Interest in management consulting work related to Digital Transformation (data harmonization, standardization, discovery, test management).
• Strong English on a consulting level; foreign languages (French/German) a plus.
• Good communication skills and a strong team player.

• A minimum of 2 years' of past experience in ERP systems implementation (i.e.: SAP/S4) including solution roadmap development, process design, testing, project management, data management
• Alternatively at least 3 years’ experience as end user in Sales & Distribution, Finance, Extended Warehouse Management, Plant maintenance, Production Planning, and Procurement in Aerospace & Defense Industry specific ERP solutions
• Business process knowledge in at least one of the following end to end processes: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Plant maintenance (PM), Forecast to Fullfill (F2F) Order to Fullfill (OTF)
• Interested in management consulting work related to Digital Transformation like: business process designs data harmonization, standardization, and consolidation user requirements gathering & discovery test management and test automation
• Great knowledge of English on a consulting level (other foreign language would be an advantage, especially French and/or German)
• Good communication skills and very good team player
