Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking an ERP Leader to own the EMEA Infor LN roadmap, coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements, and align ERP initiatives with IT strategy. You will drive standardization, governance, and performance metrics across regional operations, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The role demands hands-on ERP delivery, end-to-end implementation oversight, and leadership of the regional ERP team and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Hands-on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA ERP roadmap for Infor LN, including enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Align ERP initiatives with business priorities and enterprise IT strategy.
• Drive system standardization, scalability, and compliance across regional operations.
• Lead end-to-end ERP delivery including enhancements, integrations, and releases.
• Ensure stable day-to-day ERP operations, support, and issue resolution.
• Establish governance, change management, and performance metrics for ERP services.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related decisions and prioritization in EMEA.
• Lead and develop the regional ERP team and external partners.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive process optimization, data quality, and ERP adoption across the region.
• Manage vendors and ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure system reliability.

What you will do:

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Strong experience with:

• Proven experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Fluent English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in multi‑country or EMEA ERP environments.
• Experience with ERP transformations, upgrades, or process harmonization initiatives.
• Familiarity with integrations, data governance, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• German skills.
