Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Group is seeking a qualified ERP Support professional to maintain daily ERP operations, manage incidents and service requests, and support change projects in a global production environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT, 3+ years’ ERP operations experience (InforLN preferred), strong English and a proactive, analytical mindset. Hybrid collaboration with business users and external partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience with operational support of ERP systems.
• Experience in a dynamic global production environment.
• Experience in ERP-related business processes (logistics, procurement, production, quality, sales and finance).
• Basic technical development and coding skills.
• Basic technical administration knowledge on operating systems, databases and networking.
• Customer-focused and service-driven attitude for daily operations.
• Fluent English speaker able to communicate with non-native speakers.

Responsibilities

• Support daily ERP operations and incident resolution with business users.
• Monitor jobs, batches and interfaces; escalate to second line if needed.
• Handle standard service requests for ERP systems (e.g., user management).
• Assist ERP Functional Engineer with changes and projects.
• Assist ERP Technical Engineer with maintenance (data cleaning, archiving, indexing, patching).
• Identify limitations and drive continuous improvement in ERP operations.
• Advise business on best use of ERP and related applications.
• Coordinate with external providers, customers and suppliers.
• Ensure documentation quality and share knowledge within the global ERP team.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities Are

• Responsible for supporting the daily operation of the ERP system and related applications. Work closely with business users to investigate and resolve incidents and questions (incident management). And, if needed, escalation to second line support.
• Responsible for daily monitoring (e.g.: jobs, batches, interfaces) of the ERP system and related applications. And, if needed, escalation to second line support
• Responsible for handling standard service requests (service request management) for the ERP system and related applications (e.g.: user management). And, if needed, escalation to second line support
• Support the ERP Functional Engineer with the implementation of change requests and projects in the ERP system and related applications
• Support the ERP Technical Engineer with (proactive) maintenance (e.g.: data cleaning, archiving, indexing, job monitoring, patching) of the ERP system and related applications
• Identify limitations or problems in the daily operation of the ERP system and related applications to enable continuous improvement (change and problem management)
• Advise business on the best use of the ERP system and related applications
• Align and communicate with third parties (e.g.: external IT service providers, customers and suppliers)
• Ensure, in close alignment with the business key-users, the quality and availability of documentation for the ERP system and related applications
• Share knowledge and experience within the global ERP team

What Do We Expect From You

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years of experience with operational support of ERP systems, preferably InforLN.
• Experience in a dynamic global production environment
• Experience in ERP-related business processes (e.g.: Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Sales and Finance)
• Basic technical application development and coding skills
• Basic technical application management knowledge on operating systems, databases and basic networking
• Customer focused and service driven attitude to support the business users in daily operations
• Result-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• You have a proactive attitude and good communication skills
• Fluently English speaking and able to communicate in English with non-native English speakers.

Salary Proposed: Euro 2000 - Euro 2300

Salary Range

Poland: 6.469,00 - 9.242,00 - 12.014,00 PLN Monthly Slovakia: 1.446,00 - 2.065,00 - 2.685,00 EUR Monthly
