Job summary

DCG, a recruitment partner, seeks an Equity Trading Analyst to support clients in Poland’s financial markets. You will analyse trading workflows, map current-state processes and data flows, and document business requirements and gaps across order management, trade processing and settlement.

You will explain findings through structured requirements and user stories, facilitate workshops with business SMEs and technical teams, and help validate feasible solutions with Solution Architects while

Qualifications

• Proven experience analysing complex trading workflows and documenting requirements.
• Ability to map current-state processes, data flows and integrations.
• Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops and interviews with diverse teams.
• Understanding of stock trading lifecycles and post-trade processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes, workflows, rules and operating models.
• Map current-state processes, applications, integrations and data flows.
• Document business requirements, gaps and country variations.
• Compare existing solutions with target state and identify changes.
• Facilitate workshops with business SMEs and operations teams.
• Drive gap analysis between current and target processes.
• Transform findings into structured requirements and user stories.
• Support definition of target processes and operating models.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and application teams to validate feasibility.
• Support impact assessments across Order Management, Trade Processing, Settlement and Safekeeping.
• Document decisions, assumptions, dependencies and risks.
• Prepare material for architecture reviews, governance forums and stakeholders.
