Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group in Poland is seeking an Equity Trading Analyst to support our partners with business analysis, process mapping, and requirement documentation across front-to-back trading workflows.

You will work with Solution Architects and application teams, facilitate workshops with business SMEs, and document decisions, risks, and regulatory considerations. The role offers ongoing professional support within a dynamic recruitment partnership.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and process mapping experience.
• Ability to analyse complex operational workflows and business processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops and interviews.
• Understanding of stock trading lifecycles.
• Knowledge of post-trade processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes, workflows, rules and operating models.
• Map current-state processes, applications, integrations and data flows.
• Document business requirements, functional gaps and country-specific variations.
• Compare existing solutions with the target state and identify changes.
• Facilitate workshops with business SMEs and operations teams.
• Drive gap analysis between current and target processes.
• Transform findings into structured requirements, user stories and recommendations.
• Support definition of target processes and operating models.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and application teams to validate feasibility.
• Support impact assessments across Order Management, Trade Processing, Settlement and Safekeeping.
• Document decisions, assumptions, dependencies and risks.
• Prepare material for architecture reviews and programme stakeholders.
