Job summary

Nordea seeks an Entra ID technical solution architect to join the Authentication Management team within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organisation. The role is based in Helsinki or the TriCity area in Poland, with a hybrid work model and location-specific considerations.

You will lead Entra ID initiatives and ensure secure, compliant identity solutions across Nordea's environment. You will collaborate with product owners, application teams and IAM architects, bringing deep expertise

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Entra ID and Windows Hello for Business.
• Security expertise in Entra ID and M365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (SSO, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos) and identity security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the technical setup of Entra ID solutions and help define the roadmap.
• Support Entra ID project deliveries and act as a technical expert.
• Drive improvements in alignment with IAM architects and other expertise areas.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners and SMEs and share knowledge as a role model.
