Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage support queues; respond to client requests promptly.
• Resolve AP/AR issues across modules and business functions.
• Validate and support analytical, scheduled, and standard reports.
• Configure system settings, imports/exports for onboarding and projects.
• Provide governance on CHG deployments and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with Dev/Platform teams to optimize system performance.
• Create ServiceNow KBAs and share best practices with users.
• Analyze data anomalies and communicate system updates to stakeholders.
