Job summary

Signify is seeking a Networking & Security Specialist (network security) to join the Global Network Services team in Piła, Poland. This on-site role designs, implements, and secures critical networking infrastructure across a global enterprise.

The candidate will manage LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and cloud networking, with hands-on experience across Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cloudflare, Aruba, Meraki, and VMware SD-WAN. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in enterprise networking and network security.
Hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPN technologies, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and cloud networking.
Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cloudflare, Aruba, Meraki, VMware SD-WAN or similar.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise networking technologies (LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
Administer and enhance network security services (firewalls, SSE, ZTNA, WAF, CDN, Cloudflare).
Support global connectivity across offices, data centers, cloud environments, and remote users.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex network security incidents.
Collaborate with global IT, cybersecurity, vendors, and stakeholders to modernize infrastructure via automation and improvement.
