Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking environments (LAN/WAN, wireless, routing, switching).
Experience with monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarWinds) and Cisco technologies.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise LAN, wireless, switching, and connectivity across a global environment.
Perform incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Configure and support switches, wireless APs, and enterprise network components.
Monitor network performance and health using enterprise monitoring platforms.
Execute infrastructure changes and improvements following change management procedures.
Support network implementation projects, site deployments, and connectivity initiatives.
