Job summary

Signify is seeking a Networking Engineer - Core Infrastructure Services to join the Global Network Services team in Pila, Poland. The role focuses on maintaining and evolving Signify's enterprise network across locations worldwide, including LAN, wireless, and switching environments.

You will participate in incident management, change activities, and ongoing site deployments, contributing to a secure, scalable, and high-performing network that underpins Signify's global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
• Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, routing, switching, and network administration.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise LAN, wireless, switching, and network connectivity services across a global environment.
• Perform incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.
• Configure and support network switches, wireless access points, and enterprise network infrastructure components.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and operational health using enterprise monitoring platforms and tools.
• Execute infrastructure changes and operational improvements while following change management procedures.
• Support network implementation projects, infrastructure upgrades, site deployments, and enterprise connectivity initiatives.

This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining Signify's global network infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity across enterprise locations worldwide.

In this role you'll focus on LAN, wireless networking, switching, monitoring, operational support, and infrastructure troubleshooting while helping establish Signify's in-house global network services organization.
