Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an experienced technical implementation professional to own end-to-end deployments for enterprise Email/SMS customers. You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into scalable messaging architectures across integrations, data flows, and APIs.

You will assess existing ESP/messaging stacks, develop migration plans with risk mitigation, and drive cross‑functional implementation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or migrating enterprise email/SMS platforms.
• Strong foundation in APIs, data integrations, and authentication.
• Ability to lead complex enterprise implementations across teams.
• Proven project management and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise customers.
• Lead discovery workshops translating requirements into scalable messaging architecture.
• Assess ESP/messaging infra and plan migrations with risk mitigation.
• Drive implementation across technical and business stakeholders.
• Lead provisioning and configuration of SMS, sender setup, and migrations.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to resolve blockers.
• Build repeatable frameworks and best practices for deployments.
