Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a seasoned technical implementer to own end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise Email/SMS customers. You will translate customer requirements into scalable messaging architectures, lead workshops, and coordinate across integrations, data flows, and channel configurations.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in technical implementations, strong API/data experience, and a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in technical implementation or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience implementing or migrating enterprise email, SMS, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong technical foundation across APIs, webhooks, data integrations, authentication, and enterprise architecture.
• Understanding of messaging architecture, including domains, IPs, consent and transactional vs marketing messaging.
• Experience with SMS provisioning and implementation, including 10DLC, toll-free or short code registration, consent management, and carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise customers.
• Lead discovery workshops translating requirements into scalable messaging architecture.
• Assess ESPs and plan migrations to reduce risk and accelerate value.
• Drive implementation with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Lead SMS provisioning and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with Deliverability Specialists on sender authentication and deliverability readiness.
• Act as trusted technical advisor, identifying risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers and feed back improvements.
• Build repeatable frameworks, documentation, tooling, and best practices for scale.
