Job summary

SD Worx invites a Senior Mail Engineer to join our Workplace Services Engineering team. You will own the engineering, security, and operation of our enterprise mail environment across international teams, working with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and mail security solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise messaging, strong troubleshooting skills, and a security-first mindset. The role offers flexible work schedules, global collaboration, and opportunities to drive platform

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise mail platforms and infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
Solid understanding of mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and hybrid environments.
Proven experience troubleshooting complex mail delivery, routing, and authentication.
Hands-on expertise with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, and secure SMTP.
Experience with secure email gateways and anti-spam/phishing/malware protection.
Knowledge of mass mailing platforms and sender reputation management.
Experience in incident, problem and change management processes.
Excellent English communication; capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in Agile, international environments; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and improve the enterprise mail infrastructure for an international workforce.
Operate and optimize Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online mail services, including mail flow and connectors.
Strengthen the security posture of the mail environment with authentication technologies.
Manage email security solutions including anti-spam, anti-phishing, and malware protection.
Support bulk communication platforms and ensure deliverability and sender reputation.
Provide third-line support for complex mail delivery and security issues.
Document mail landscape and participate in platform simplification and standardization.
Collaborate with Product Owners, security, and infrastructure teams to improve reliability.
