Job summary

ABB is seeking an Enterprise Domain Architect – Data & Information to shape how data drives value across the organization. You will define and govern enterprise-wide data architecture, enabling trusted, interoperable data across a decentralized setup.

You will collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to support adoption, guide data standards, and ensure alignment with AI initiatives, privacy, and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data, information, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience building enterprise-scale data architecture in decentralized environments.
• Deep data modeling, governance, and modern architectures (lakehouse, data mesh, APIs).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-boundary collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise data & information architecture blueprint.
• Establish data domains, core models, and information flows.
• Set and govern data standards (modeling, metadata, lifecycle).
• Align with regulatory requirements (privacy, security, data sovereignty).
• Coach domain and solution architects on best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to support adoption.
• Support governance processes, architecture reviews, risk management.
