Job summary

AlgoSec is seeking a Deployment Engineer for Eastern Europe to join the Professional Services team and support EMEA customers from Poland. You will deploy, configure, and optimize the Horizon platform, lead technical implementations, and transfer knowledge to customers.

The role requires at least 8 years in a similar field, strong networking and firewall expertise, cloud experience, and the ability to travel up to 80% across EMEA while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in a technical consulting, deployment, or professional services role in software or cybersecurity.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge including routing, switching, TCP/IP and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall technologies from Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper or similar.
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise security solutions and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and English communication skills.
• Able to travel across EMEA up to 80% and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and optimize the AlgoSec Horizon platform in enterprise environments.
• Lead installation, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, and system administration tasks.
• Advise customers on deployment best practices to achieve rapid operational value.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and technical training to customers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with R&D, Support, and Product Management.
• Engage with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering throughout projects.
• Provide deployment recommendations and field feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professionalism and consultative engagement.
