Job summary

AMETEK in Poland (Siechnice) is seeking an engineer to provide engineering and operational support for the company’s network security infrastructure, including firewalls, DMZs, VPN/ZTNA, and remote access. You will help implement, maintain, and improve security technologies to ensure secure, reliable connectivity across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional IT teams on projects, assist with incident resolution, and help develop architecture standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5-8 years of enterprise network security experience.
• Experience with firewalls, DMZ, VPN, partner connections, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network security solutions.
• Develop architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging network security technologies.
• Provide Tier 3 network security support and incident resolution.
• Manage infrastructure performance, availability and capacity planning.
• Support security compliance and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and technology refresh programs.
• Develop implementation plans and technical documentation.
