Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. is hiring a Master Data Coordinator in Kraków to support daily Vendor Master Data Management and ensure data accuracy for reporting and planning across IAG.

You'll process SAP Ariba, SAP MDG and S/4HANA requests, implement changes to master data, and collaborate with the Enterprise Data Team to uphold data governance and timely forecasting. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting degree required.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to priorities and maintain clear focus in ambiguity and change.
• Effective team-working skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba or SAP MDG is an asset.
• 1 year of experience in an international environment (SSC/GBS).
• Master Data experience would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Day to day Master Data Management Processes (Vendor Master Data Management).
• Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and planning across IAG.
• Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager.
• Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP (SAP Ariba), SAP MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure.
• Execute changes to SAP master data (on boarding, changes, deactivation, blocking) as approved by the business.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
