Aduna Global in Łódź, Poland, is seeking an Enterprise Architect & Governance Lead to drive transparency across systems, data, processes, and technology decisions.

The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders to map data flows, identify owners, and define governance and architecture for growth. Requires strong communication, business awareness, and ownership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect & Governance Lead to help create transparency across systems, data, processes, and technology decisions.

This is a highly collaborative role sitting at the intersection of business and technology. You will work closely with stakeholders across the company to understand how Aduna operates, identify ownership of systems and processes, map data flows, and help define the governance and architecture needed to support future growth.

Success in this role requires curiosity, strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build relationships across business and engineering teams.

What you will be focused on

• Building strong partnerships across business, product, engineering, security, and operations teams.
• Understanding how business processes, systems, and data interact across the organization.
• Identifying system owners, business owners, and accountability models.
• Mapping application landscapes, integrations, and data flows.
• Facilitating conversations between business and technical teams to drive alignment and informed decision making.
• Defining architecture principles, governance standards, and technology roadmaps.
• Supporting data governance, application governance, and technology lifecycle management.
• Improving visibility of systems, assets, integrations, and business-critical processes.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for business and technology leaders.

What You Bring

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Technology Consulting, IT Strategy, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience documenting and understanding business processes, systems, applications, and data flows.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-changing and evolving environments.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and business-friendly way.
• Genuine interest in understanding how the business operates.

• Ability to independently investigate and understand complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Technology & Architecture Understanding

You do not need to be a deep technical specialist in every technology area. What matters most is understanding how technology supports business outcomes.

You should be comfortable discussing:

• Enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.
• Data flows and ownership models.
• System integrations and APIs.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Security, governance, and compliance principles.
• Technology roadmaps and modernization initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise architecture or governance frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate.
• Experience with data governance or information management initiatives.
• Experience creating application inventories, CMDBs, or technology catalogues.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology platforms, or high-growth organizations.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation or organizational change programs.
