Job summary

Aduna Global Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Product Manager for Operating Services to own and evolve the operational capabilities powering the Aduna platform.

You will define strategy for BSS and core platform services, including onboarding, routing, monitoring, and dashboards, partnering with engineering, IT, and vendors to build scalable, automated operating models. You will drive the Telco Finder roadmap, ASP Registration journeys, and platform monitoring, delivering self-service experiences

Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience owning platform, infrastructure, operations, or enterprise software products.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and external technology vendors.
• Experience defining requirements and managing products delivered through third-party platforms or vendors.
• Ability to operate across multiple domains and maintain a strategic view across interconnected systems.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, systems integration, and operational workflows.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction of Aduna's Business Support Systems including onboarding, catalog management, ordering, usage data, and reconciliation.
• Drive transition from manual processes to scalable self-service experiences.
• Own roadmap for Telco Finder routing intelligence connecting requests to operators.
• Define ASP Registration journeys for seamless onboarding for customers and CSPs.
• Oversee platform monitoring, visibility, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop internal and external dashboards for actionable insights.
• Lead new operational capabilities like consent management, compliance tooling, audits, and performance management.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Commercial, and Program Management to drive execution.
• Partner with third-party platform vendors to align solutions with Aduna's operating model.
• Support organizational change toward more automation and scalability.

We are looking for a Product Manager, Operating Services to own the evolution of the operational capabilities that power the Aduna platform.

In this role, you will define product strategy and requirements across Business Support Systems (BSS) and core platform operating services, including onboarding, routing, monitoring, platform dashboards, and other horizontal capabilities. You will work closely with Engineering, IT, Commercial teams, leadership, and third-party vendors to build a scalable, automated, and self-service operating model that supports the next generation of Network APIs.

What You'll Do

• Own the product direction of Aduna's Business Support Systems, including customer and CSP onboarding, product catalog management, ordering, usage collection, billing inputs, and reconciliation.
• Drive the transition from manual and high-touch operational processes toward scalable self-service experiences.
• Own the roadmap and evolution of Telco Finder, Aduna's routing intelligence capability that connects customer requests with the appropriate operator.
• Define and improve ASP Registration journeys, ensuring seamless onboarding and enablement experiences for customers and CSPs.
• Own product direction for platform monitoring, operational visibility, and reporting capabilities.
• Define and evolve internal and external platform dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights.
• Lead product development for emerging operational capabilities such as consent management, compliance tooling, audit functions, and performance management.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Commercial, and Program Management teams to drive execution and remove blockers.
• Act as Aduna's product counterpart for third-party platform vendors, ensuring solutions align with Aduna's operating model and business objectives.
• Support organizational change initiatives as Aduna continues its journey toward increased automation and scalability.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

• Proven Product Management experience owning platform, infrastructure, operations, or enterprise software products.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and external technology vendors.
• Experience defining requirements and managing products delivered through third-party platforms or vendors.

Nice to Have

• Experience building operational dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
• Understanding of API platforms, developer ecosystems, or marketplace-based businesses.
