Aduna is seeking a Content & Enablement Specialist to join the Demand Generation Team. You will translate deep technical expertise into practical sales-enablement content, partner-training materials, and customer-facing assets that help ecosystem sell Network APIs as solutions to real challenges.

• Experience creating sales enablement materials or customer-facing collateral.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

We are looking for a Content & Enablement Specialist to join Aduna's Demand Generation Team

In this role, you will transform deep technical expertise into practical sales-enablement content, partner-training materials, customer-facing assets, and ASP/ end customer awareness content that help our ecosystem sell Network APIs as solutions to real customer challenges.

Working closely with Senior Use-Case Leads, Product Management, Marketing, and Partner teams, you will create and maintain the content that enables our partners and operators to communicate value, demonstrate ROI, and accelerate customer adoption.

This is an excellent opportunity for a content marketer or enablement professional who enjoys translating technical concepts into compelling business stories and scalable sales tools.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Aduna's partner-enablement repository including sales guides and objection-handling guides that help our customers solve their customer's problems, account intelligence, and stakeholder mapping materials.
• Create content that helps operators and partners position customer problems and business outcomes rather than focusing solely on technical specifications.
• Maintain and continuously improve standardized account-planning templates, including executive summaries, financials, ROI calculations, stakeholder maps, priorities, and use cases.
• Produce industry and vertical-specific ROI content, customer examples, and business case materials.
• Support the development of partner-training programs, onboarding materials, and enablement curricula for new Demand Generation partners.
• Create awareness content for ASPs and end customers, including blog posts, one-pagers, customer stories, presentation materials, and thought-leadership assets.
• Collaborate with Senior Use-Case Leads to ensure technical accuracy while making content accessible and commercially relevant.
• Leverage AI-assisted content tools to increase content production efficiency while maintaining quality and consistency.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

• 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, sales enablement, partner marketing, product marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience working within B2B technology, telecommunications, software, SaaS, cloud, or API-driven environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and commercially focused content.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted content creation tools to scale content production.
• Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience creating sales enablement materials, training content, or customer-facing collateral.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across international teams and multiple time zones.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
