Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Modernization Engineer to design, deploy, and operate generative AI solutions in a hybrid client-facing role. You will work directly with customers to scope, prototype, and deploy agentic AI and multi‑agent systems, joining a global AI ecosystem to deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams—often on-site—to ensure successful deployments, security, and reliability across cloud and on-premises environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI solutions with modern frameworks.
• Strong skills in Python and front-end tech such as TypeScript/React.
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AI agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of LLMs, agent architectures, telemetry, and observability tools.

• Build autonomous agents using platform and LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision frameworks.
• Design agent architectures for autonomy, interaction, and task completion.
• Integrate agents with apps, APIs, workflows, and data stores.
• Refine agent behavior via feedback, RL, and semantic layers.
