Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis, financial analysis, technology portfolio management, digital transformation, product management, strategy, or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, and investment governance.
• Experience preparing executive materials, dashboards, and decision papers.

Responsibilities

• Develop ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR, payback analyses for software, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Build business cases for PoC, PoV, MVPs, and platform investments.
• Define value realization frameworks, KPIs, and adoption/utilization metrics.
• Evaluate AI/GenAI, analytics, and automation use cases for strategic impact.
• Track benefits realization and provide recommendations to close gaps.
• Create executive dashboards and value scorecards for leadership forums.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI product owners, and finance partners.
• Facilitate workshops to identify value drivers and measurable outcomes.
• Support portfolio-level investment prioritization and decision gates.
