Finom is seeking an Engineering Manager - Product to lead a cross-functional team of 5-10 engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA. You will guide product delivery that creates value for hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe and partner with product managers and executives to frame the right problems.

• Able to balance delivery with technical debt and to articulate ROI and value-focused prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA to deliver product value for businesses across Europe.
• Drive problem framing with the PM partner and ensure focus on business outcomes, not only technical outputs.
• Make architectural and trade-off decisions with transparency and communicate the rationale to the team.
• Own growth and career progression through 1:1s, coaching, and hiring/promotions.
