Job summary

Finom is seeking an Engineering Manager who is a technical leader and product builder. You will guide a cross-functional team (5-10 engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA) delivering products that create real value for hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe.

You will shape strategy with your PM partner, balance feature delivery with technical debt, and coach growth through meaningful 1:1s, hiring, and promotions.
