Job summary

SimCorp is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead two agile teams within the Investment Operations/Derivatives Operations area in a hybrid setup. You will staff, grow, and empower engineers across Europe, Ukraine and India, while partnering with Product Management to secure concrete customer outcomes.

You will guide day-to-day scrum, ensure delivery transparency, manage risks, and collaborate with other engineering leaders to improve quality, security, and performance across a fintech platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers in an international org.
• Solid understanding of testing, CI/CD, security and architecture.
• Strong communication skills in English across stakeholders.
• Ability to foster a collaborative, open culture and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Build up, lead and grow two agile teams in Derivatives Operations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to refine customer outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day scrum, manage delivery progress and mitigate risks.
• Partner with engineering leaders to improve product quality and performance.
• Contribute to strategic direction of the product area.
