Job summary

Redpanda seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Customer Experience organization. You will guide two pods—Warsaw and the Americas—and own the commerce path, sign-up, billing, metering, and payments. You’ll hire, shape the team, and partner with Product, Design, and Finance to drive revenue-aligned surfaces.

You will manage across time zones, maintain high reliability, and champion async-first collaboration while mentoring engineers and building strong, trusted teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, including building and operating enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years managing technical engineering teams with delivery against roadmaps.
• Experience leading teams across timezone spreads and satellite offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineering pods, Warsaw and the Americas, owning Cloud customer-facing surfaces.
• Own end-to-end delivery for sign-up, billing, metering, invoicing, and marketplace integrations.
• Hire and build the Warsaw team and provide senior engineering leadership across time zones.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Finance, and field teams to align roadmaps and execution.
