MEDvidi, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead across engineering tracks. This leadership role focuses on people management, organizational change, and enabling engineers to own delivery and technical direction while adopting AI agents to amplify impact.

You will hire and onboard engineers at multiple levels, remove blockers, and partner with product managers to ship robust user experiences. The role emphasizes hands-off leadership and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing engineers in a product company
• Two or three examples of engineering or process change you started yourself, drove end to end, and measured
• Hands-off: no code, no architecture ownership, no technical authority
• Experience working without a layer of team leads and architects between you and the engineers
• Handled underperformance early and transparently, grown senior engineers
• Agentic AI is already part of how you work and you drove its adoption
• Make decisions without complete information, prioritize sharply, and speak up when overextended
• Open communication: provide full context, own mistakes first, prioritize correctness
• Decisions grounded in logic, data and multiple perspectives; explain why best practice applies

Responsabilités

• Drive engineering-wide initiatives beyond your own teams and measure impact
• Enable engineers by removing blockers and fostering idea flow
• Own people development: hire, onboard, grow engineers, set performance bars
• Push AI adoption and tooling, expanding capabilities across the org
• Partner with product managers to ship intuitive, reliable user experiences while teams stay autonomous
