EcoVadis is seeking an Engineering Leader in Warsaw to own a high-impact product domain. You will co-own the roadmap with Product Leadership, lead a cross-functional team of ~20 engineers, and drive the engineering vision for scalable B2B SaaS solutions.

A strong product mindset and dual leadership experience are essential. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and design, manage technical debt, and grow senior talent in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership of large teams.
• Strong background in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
• Proficient in modern web app development; .NET Core, React, Azure a plus.
• Excellent English and Polish communication; able to bridge technical and business.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap with Product Leadership.
• Lead and grow a large cross-functional team (~20 engineers).
• Drive operational excellence and fast delivery across initiatives.
• Provide technical direction and architecture for scalable B2B SaaS.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Manage technical debt and new feature development.
• Oversee staffing and growth of senior talent.
