Job summary
EcoVadis is seeking an Engineering Leader to own a high-impact product domain and partner with Product Leadership to drive the roadmap and business success. You will lead a large cross-functional team, shape the engineering vision for a core customer experience, and ensure scalable, high-quality B2B SaaS solutions.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience across large teams.
- Proven background in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of modern web app development and cloud platforms; .NET Core, React, Azure preferred.
- Product mindset with experience in dual leadership (Product + Tech).
- Proven track record delivering strategic value, not just maintaining legacy systems.
- Excellent communication in English and Polish; bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Leadership to define the product vision and roadmap, balancing engineering feasibility with business goals.
- Lead and grow a large cross-functional team (~20 engineers and specialists), fostering craftsmanship and ownership.
- Drive velocity and reduce friction for high-impact initiatives at scale.
- Provide deep technical direction and challenge architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable B2B SaaS solutions.
- Coordinate across engineering, product and design to align priorities and delivery.
- Oversee quality and performance, manage tech debt alongside new features.
- Maintain staffing overview and grow senior talent within the team.
