Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Engineering Lead for the Product Incubation Team in Wroclaw. You will guide feature-level engineering for one or more product streams, translating product requirements into high-quality software delivered with MVP-driven cycles.

You will lead a small engineer sub-team, ensure secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready implementations, and collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Solution Architects to align with architectural intent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior engineer or engineering lead in product-led teams.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Own feature-level engineering delivery from refinement through release readiness.
• Translate requirements into actionable technical tasks with dependencies and risks.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and ensure quality within guardrails.
