Job summary

EcoVadis is seeking an Engineering Leader to own a high-impact product domain in a hybrid Warsaw setting. You will partner with Product Leadership to define the vision, co-own the roadmap, and drive delivery for a core customer experience.

You will lead a cross-functional group of about 20 engineers and specialists, shaping architecture, scaling the platform, and aligning engineering outcomes with business goals, while fostering ownership and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
• Proven background in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions
• Strong knowledge of modern web app development and cloud platforms
• Product mindset in dual leadership (Product + Tech) and translating business needs into technical strategy
• Excellent English communication bridging technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Leadership to define vision and roadmap aligning engineering feasibility with business goals
• Lead and mentor a large cross-functional team (≈20 engineers and specialists)
• Drive operational excellence, velocity, and minimize friction for complex initiatives
• Provide deep technical direction and challenge architecture for scalable, maintainable B2B SaaS solutions
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and design to align priorities and delivery
• Oversee quality and performance, manage technical debt alongside new features
• Grow senior talent within the team and ensure staffing capability
