Job summary

UBS Kraków is seeking a dedicated professional to support the Global Lead for Energy Management in building an ISO 50001 aligned energy management system and driving decarbonization initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate regional governance and help create energy plans, measuring their effectiveness through verification assessments.

Experience with ISO 50001 or energy management systems.
Ability to analyze data and report insights.
Strong ability to align stakeholders and build consensus.

Responsibilities

Develop an energy management system in line with ISO 50001 and engage regional teams to build consensus.
Assist site and project teams in creating energy management plans and perform measurement and verification assessments.
Contribute to evaluating environmental risk management within the bank’s risk framework and support mitigation plans.
Coordinate Energy Management Governance regional working groups focused on decarbonization and data coverage, ensuring milestones.
Analyse and calculate utility consumption to aid regional forecasts and renewable energy certificate purchases.
