Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Poland seeks an Energy Analyst to support energy and sustainability initiatives across datacenter sites and regions (Poland + DACH). The role emphasizes coordinating programs, engaging stakeholders, and maintaining management systems.

You will monitor energy use, collect data, prepare reports, and support ISO 50001/14001 compliance, with monthly travel across Europe. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental/energy management, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 frameworks highly desired, with awareness of how Integrated Energy/Environmental management systems are implemented and maintained.
  • Experience supporting projects, programs, or continuous improvement initiatives in a structured environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams, regions, and functions.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, including tracking actions, managing follow-ups, maintaining documentation, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of energy and sustainability programs across sites.
  • Coordinate local energy and environmental initiatives within datacenter environments.
  • Work closely with operational teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders to track actions, drive progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor energy consumption, utility costs, and sustainability performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collect and maintain energy, water, and waste data and support regular reporting activities.
  • Prepare monthly performance updates, variance reports, and sustainability summaries for stakeholders.
  • Assist with execution of energy efficiency projects.
  • Support the development of site energy profiles, surveys, and improvement plans.
  • Maintain documentation and support compliance with ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 management systems, including audits, reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Identify risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation that meets audit and compliance requirements.
  • Travel approximately once per month for short visits to client sites across Europe.

About the Role

As an Energy Analyst, you will support the delivery of energy and sustainability initiatives across datacenter sites and regions (Poland + DACH region). This role focuses on coordinating Environmental and Energy programs, engaging with stakeholders, supporting management systems, and driving continuous improvement across environmental and energy performance. While the ability to analyze energy data and sustainability background are important, success in this role will depend more on strong collaboration, organization, project coordination, and attention to detail than on advanced technical analysis.

What You Will Need
